Der Film ist ein Juwel für alle Cineasten, welche Action mit einer packenden Story und einer glänzender Elpidia Carrillo mögen. Jack Nicholson ist einfach genial,wie er seine Prinzipien ein stückweit verliert,sich gegen Ende jedoch wieder treu bleibt.
