Description

Selten zuvor habe ich eine dermassen reale und deshalb so brutal ehrliche Darstellung von Aussenseitern gesehen. Schauspielerisch grossartig dargestellt, von Solondz brillant beobachtet und umgesetzt. Der Film hat mich gepackt. Neben vielen komischen Momenten kommen auch tragische vor, die wirklich hart sind.

Dass ich Dawn Wiener noch auf einer deutschen DVD erleben darf, grenzt ja beinahe an ein Wunder!
Auf einer Höhe mit Solondz Nachfolger "Happiness".
