    Ein für damalige Verhältnisse ungeheuerlicher Film! So skandalös das er die Karrieren von Regisseur Powell und K.H. Böhm zerstörte...
    Auch heute noch erschreckend realistisch gespielt!

    Die Mutter aller modernen Psychopathen-Triller! Edel und spannednd, seiner Zeit um Jahrzehne voraus! Zugleich war dieser Film das vorläufige Karriereende von Karl Heinz Böhm: Nachdem der Mime in den "Sissi-Filmen" brillierte, verstötre er die Fans doch arg mit der neuen Rolle des angeknacksten Direnmördesrs
