Abgedrehter Horror mit viel Slapstick und Situationskomik. Unterhält ein paar Filmfehlern zum Trotz auf der ganzen Linie! Kann trotz Killerpuppe als Bösewicht vom Stil nicht so richtig mit den Chucky-Filmen verglichen werden. Wer dunkleren Splatter à la Demonic Toys o.a. sucht, wird mit diesem Film nicht glücklich - alle anderen hingegen schon!
