Obwohl schon etwas Patina angesetzt, vermag dieser Film immer noch von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute zu fesseln. Grossartige Inszenierung und schauspielerische Leistungen.

ein monumentaler film... ja. aber sicherlich kein vorbild des lebens. nicht jeder glaubt an diesen gott, den es angeblich geben soll. aber der film ist auch für nicht-Bibel-feste ein interessantes werk.
