Description

In the war-torn Balkans of 1995, a group of humanitarian-aid workers led by Mambrú attempt to save a community's water supply, which has been contaminated by the presence of a corpse in a local well. However, their mission is complicated by bureaucratic indifference and the possibility that any situation could erupt in sudden violence.
