In La Chevre, French comedy writing sensation Francis Veber (The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe, La Cage aux Folles) first teamed Tall Blond's Pierre Richard with Gerard Depardieu (Buffet Froid, A Pure Formality), creating a wildly eccentric and guffaw-inducing duo unlike any the screen had ever seen before. Though expertly evoking Hope and Crosby, the Pink Panther films and Buster Keaton, La Chevre is catapulted into the pantheon of international movie comedy on the irresistible strength of it's effortless and distinctively French flair. La Chevre was remade in Hollywood as Pure Luck, starring Martin Short and Danny Glover.

Un grand classique que j'avais oublié. Mais il est absolument excellent. Mon mari qui ne le connaissait pas n'a pas arrêté de rigoler.

Dieser Film ist ulkig. Mir hat dieser Film schon als Kind gefallen. Gerard Depardieu ist ein genialer Mimiker. Vorallem, wenn er seinen vom Pech verfolgten "Chef" bedauert. Eine wohlhabende Tochter, die vom Pech verfolgt wird, verschwindet spurlos. Der Detektiv sucht sie erfolglos. Doch einer, der auch immer vom Pech verfolgt wird, soll ihn unterstützen. Tja, dass Abenteuer kann beginnen in Mexico............

Un film da ROTFL!! simply!! you' ll find yourself cryin' true tears because of too many laughs!!
Pierre Richard assieme a Dépardieu forma un duo spettacolare!! da vedere assolutamente, e se possibile, nella versione originale (se capite bene il francese!). A Must!!
