Absolut genialer Film. Bewegende Story mit hervorragendem Richard Dreyfuss in der Hauptrolle. Der hätte meiner Meinung den Oscar verdient damals. O.k, die Vater-Sohn Beziehung ist sicher kitschig, aber sonst gefällt mir der Film sehr gut. Mir gefallen diese Epos welche sich über mehrere Jahrzehnte hinwegspielen.
