Description

as david and alexis weinberg race through a torrential rainstorm to get the last ferry to their private island, they catch sight of an injured young man at the side of the road. the mysterious stranger reluctantly accepts their help and by morning the incident is virtually forgotten, until a series of coincidences leads him back into their lives and into their home.
as events slowly unfold at the isolated retreat, what began as an act of kindness slowly gives way to a bizarre love triangle that ultimately forces the couple into a frightening spiral of sex and betrayal, where nothing is what it seems.

Obwohl ich ein Alan Rickman-Fan bin, konnte mich dieser Film weder begeistern noch AR's schauspielerische Leistung überzeugen. Erst nach mehrmaligem Schauen bekommt man die kleinen Hinweise mit, welche dem Film etwas geheimnisvoll dunkles verleihen sollen. Vielleicht bin ich auch nicht für Thrillers geeignet, denn spannend fand ich den Film absolut nicht... und es erstaunt mich auch nicht, dass er a) nie in den Kinos gelaufen ist und b) nie in eine andere Sprache synchronisiert wurde.

Ein Film, den man sich bestimmt zwei bis drei mal anschauen wird, nur um ihn ganz zu entziffern... das Ende ist.. wow.. aber wer Norman Reedus mag wird ihn lieben! :D

Der schlechteste Film aller Zeiten! Ich bereue es, dass ich diesen Flm überhaupt gesehen habe!

langweilig, es passiert 84 min. lang nichts...übel...
