Die 'The one and only Status Quo' DVD zeigt in Live-Auftritten die aussergewöhnliche Karriere der 'British rock's survivors'.
Eine unglaubliche Karriere, die schon seit den späten 60ern andauert. Bis heute haben sie weltweit über 112 Millionen Einheiten verkauft! In über 2 einhalb Stunden zeigen Quo, was sie am besten können.
Die DVD wurde in vier Hauptgigs aufgeteilt:
Der Erste ist ein speziell gefilmtes Programm aus dem Jahre 2002, mit elektrisierenden Livetracks und Interviews.
Das zweite Highlight ist ein TV-Konzert aus dem Jahre 1970, wo mehr die bluesige Seite der Band zu sehen ist.
Das dritte Konzert wurde 1982 in Deutschland gefilmt, wo sie ihre grössten Hits zum Besten geben.
Und der letzte Leckerbissen ist ein Top of the Pops-Special, dass die BBC im November 2000 aufgenommen hat. Wieder mit Highlights, quer durch das ganze Status Quo Repertoire.
