      Das Debut-Album der charismatischen Singer/Songwriterin klingt auch heute noch frisch und strotzt voller Vitalität und Brillianz. Ihr äusserst wandlungsfähiges Vier-Oktaven-Organ setzt sie subtil ein und es ist heute noch ein Genuss, ihr zuzuhören. Wer den Sound der achtziger-Jahre mag (Blondie,Talking Heads usw.) der kommt an Cyndi Lauper nicht vorbei.
