super CD eigentlich interessierte ich mich für den Film, habe ihn aber später trotzdem nicht gesehen. Den Soundtrack habe ich zufällig gewonnen und war sofort begeistert besonders "Paloma Negra" von Chavela Vargas und " Viva la Vida" ist Latino-Feeling pur. Von Lila Downs habe ich mir eben eine CD bestellt.

Ich kaufe nur selten einen Soundtrack zu einem Film. Nur dann, wenn er mich wirklich überzeugt und er für sich allein stehen kann (z.b. Million Dollar Hotel, Jackie Brown oder Buena Vista Social Club).
Genau dies ist beim Frida-Sountrack auch der Fall. Einfache une eingängige wunderschöne Songs! Sehr überzeugend .... den Songs fehlt im Gegensatz zum Film nicht die Tiefe!
