Will Schuester, professore di spagnolo alla William McKinley High School, vorrebbe riportare in auge il Glee Club, il gruppo di canto e ballo, ma questa attività extrascolastica non sembra destare l`interesse degli studenti, prevalentemente cheerleader e giocatori di football.
