Description

Los Angeles. Un giovane agente dell'FBI, Jo Dee Fostar, riceve l'incarico dal suo capo di scovare uno psicopatico assassino che sta uccidendo 120 persone alla settimana. Lo indirizza da uno psichiatra pazzo rinchiuso nel Manicomio di Hollywood, un certo Doctor Animal. Intanto la fidanzata di Joe si caccia in un'ulteriore guiaio: fugge con 400.000 dollari rubati al suo datore di lavoro e si rifiugia in un tetro albergo fuori città...
