Description
Il colonnello Anacleto Punzone è scarsamente dotato e ad aiutarlo interviene la dottoressa americana Eva Russel che per rimediare al problema propone un trapianto. L'ignara vittima dello scambio è la recluta Arturo Mazzancolla che, in quanto a virilità, ha riscosso sempre un certo successo. Il risultato però non è esattamente quello che sperava il colonnello.
