  Ab wann kann hier das Nachfolgekunstwerk geordert werden? Neu heissen die Jungs ja Friens on Mushroom und das erste Demo höhrte sich nich tnur überzeugend, sondern was viele sicherlich begeistern wird, auch wieder mehr "Back to the roots" an. Release sollte doch noch im Januar sein, dachte gegen Ende dieser Woche.

  true, most of all this album is an experiment. I guess they went way further with this one than for example "converting vegetarians".
  Imho this album is worth buying not just because of the messenger remix, but also for "nothing to say" - for me a true masterpiece with heavier parts and more chilled parts fused to a really good piece of art. real music.
  
  I don't like the rest very much tho to be honest... especially their house / techno tries are too mainstream influenced for me...
  
  but still, these 2 guys are and will always be legends. check out their "production videos" on youtube, I just like how they work in the studio and all... that's why I'll support them always. Even in days like these ;)

  The album in itself is probably the most varied in styles that the duo ever did, even though very influenced by dubstep, this is not one more dubstep compilation album. You can clearly hear the genius of infected mushroom, and for fans of their more electronic previous albums (e.g Converting vegetarians), some tracks here will totally move you.
  
  However I must say that I am disappointed by the quality of the recording of certain tracks, and by the fact that they put a fade in between them. Also, the brand new cd came already scratched, cannot be heard when playing luckily, but it seems like the European version of the album has not really been taken care of.
  
  Don't get me wrong though, this is infected mushroom, and they did not reach their status of legendary dj's for no reason.
  
  Conclusion: One of the greatest albums ever.
  Bad mastering of the tracks/fade ins.

  Hoi Zaemme, habe die CD heute erhalten. Allerdings sind viele Tracks haben ein paar Tracks Klickgeraeusche. Klar zu hoeren Anfangs bei "Wanted To". Ich denke es ist die Aufnahme. Koennt Ihr mir den gleichen Effekt bestaetigen? Merci und Gruss... Ansonsten ist das Album TOP TOP TOP TOP TOP !!!!!!!!

  Der Vorredner hat es bereits treffend gesagt: Infected Mushroom wandeln sich, und das ist gut so. Auf diese Weise erinnern sie an Pink Floyd: jedes Album eigenständig, anders als der Vorgänger - und garantiert sowohl gelobt als auch kritisiert. Go ahead, Infected Mushroom, and live what you stand for!

  was infected richtig macht, sind die konzepte für ihre alben... ein artist, der 10 alben released und jedes klingt wie das andere, ist doch langweilig...infected bleiben sich selbst treu und machen das, worauf sie bock haben, was ich viel mehr respektiere als jene artists, die ihren fans nacheifern...

  als langjähriger fan muss ich sagen, die cd wird alte IM hasen sicherlich enttäuschen, dennoch muss man sagen, sind einige tracks wie z.b. "nothing to say" echt starke kompositionen!
  
  das spezielle an IM ist, dass sie es schaffen, alles was sie anfassen in typischen IM sound umzuwandeln, egal in welches genre sie sich wagen, es klingt dennoch immer nach IM

  äh ... pilze! es dröhnt und kesselt und zirrpt und scheppert wie die sau! ich habe gerade eine neue anlage installiert und das ist die erste cd die ich darauf höre: wow,wow,,,wow! huch, es läuft gerade "send me an angel". bähhh, so ein sche...ss! das gibt abzug. oh je, es geht direkt weiter in diesem stil, die stimmung sinkt :-( ich breche hier ab, vielleicht schreibe ich später nochmal etwas, wenn ich sie ein paarmal geloset habe.
