This is Rollin's second feature film and it mixes vampirism with elements of sci-fi and eroticism. The Nude Vampire is centered on a doctor's obsessive desire to find immortality by replicating the blood of a female vampire he is holding captive. Unfortunately she is freed by his lovesick son with disastrous results. The Nude Vampire features everything from animal masked men to fetishized woman with ornate nipple covers in a beautiful mix of the surreal and the bizarre. A must have for any one who likes their blood red, raw and from someone else's vein.
