Il finto filantropo Dominico Lipolico (Edu Manzano), immortale e devoto al Male, insieme alla sua banda criminale composta principalmente dalla donna-medusa Valentina (Pilar Pilapil) e da altri mostri folkloristici, cercherà, tramite minacce e ricatti, di reclutare nel suo tenebroso impero anche la supereroina e paladina del bene Darna (incarnata dall’hawaiana Nanette Medved). Invece di cedere, Darna farà di tutto per sconfiggere i malviventi.
