    Der Film an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber eher mittelmass. Die schauspielerische Leistung von Crispin Glover (für mich einer der verkanntesten,doch besten Schauspieler überhaupt) ist genial. Seine Performance des schüchternen Rattenfreunds Willard macht diesen Film aus und ist Grund genug sich den Film anzusehen, auch wenn die Story etwas schwächelt. Hoffentlich bekommen wir diesen genialen Schauspieler in Zukunft wieder öfter zu sehen.
