Un parassita extraterrestre arriva sulla Terra, entra attraverso le bocche delle vittime rimanendo poi nel cervello, trasformandole quindi in veri zombi. Mentre questi parassiti alieni seminano il terrore, alcuni adolescenti di un college capiscono la situazione ed iniziano a combattere contro di loro.
