Robert Hoffmann, Nieves Navarro and George Martin star in this Italian giallo directed by Maurizio Pradeaux. Kitty (Navarro) is on holiday in Italy when she witnesses a murder. As more people begin to die, Kitty and her boyfriend Alberto (Hoffmann) attempt to uncover the identity of the mysterious killer who carries a cane but soon they themselves are targeted.

The cast also includes Simón Andreu, Anuska Borova and Rosita Torosh.
