Ein Computerhacker übernimmt die Kontrolle über Militärgerät und verübt fatale Anschläge. Die USA und der chinesische Geheimdienst sind in höchster Alarmbereitschaft, und die Spur führt nach Hongkong zu den Geschwistern Greg und Peter, die eine Computerfirma betreiben.
