Eine bewegende Geschichte, die ans Herz geht, gerade heute, mit dem Thema Vergebung für den Feind. Ungebrochen (unbroken) ist der, der seine Werte lebt auch in Not und Bedrängnis, nicht der, der sich vom Bösen verbiegen lässt. Grosse Kritik an die DVD: kein einziges Extra, und das bei dieser Geschichte.

Angelina Jolie beweist auch beim zweiten Film, dass sie eine bewegende Geschichte auf Leinwand bringen kann. Ohne das unnöthige Pathos und Glorifizierung gelingt es ihr diese wahre Geschichte faszinierung und ergreifend zu erzählen. Eindrücklich vor allem auch, weil es sich um eine wahre Geschichte handelt. Ich liebe Filme, die auf wahren Ereignissen beruhen. Sehenswert ist auch die Doku über den echten Louis Zamperini. Hier möchte ich auch euch noch das Erstlingswerk von Jolie (In the land of blood and honey) ans Herz legen.
