The Red Star is a mockumentary about the fictional Leila Salama (Thelma Fardín), a mysterious woman who may have contributed to the capture of Adolf Eichmann in Buenos Aires in 1960, but was neglected by the official history. Director Gabriel Lichtmann (Hector Díaz) restores her life’s story through a series of interviews with a colorful cast of characters. Putting together the pieces of the puzzle, the film discovers a secret that was hidden for years.
