Aftermath: A woman dies tragically in an automobile accident but the true horror awaits her after death. What happens to the body after the spirit has moved on and the corpse is at the mercy of those who manhandle the dead? What manner of creature is it that tears our bodies apart only to put them back together again? Whether we like it or not, we are all at the mercy of the coroners knife and the abuse and indignities we suffer are strictly up to him.

Genesis: A sculptor is traumatized by the death of his wife in a car accident. He builds a sculpture in her memory. As the lifelike sculpture begins to bleed through the cracks of clay, the sculptor's flesh mutates and crumbles away.

aftermath ist ein kunstvoll inzenierter halbstündiger film über einen leichensezierer der bei seinem Job etwas zuviel spass hat. wirklich kein billiger Trash, sonder ein exzelentes meisterwerk, kameraführung, musik und schauspieler auf hohem niveau, wird aber kein wort im ganzen film gesprochen. für leute mit solidem magen ein muss. hab sogar noch das tape mit de untertitel zuhause, ha.

Was versteht man unter «Arthaus-Variante» von GUINEA PIG 2 ?? Den Film GUINEA PIG 2 habe ich schon zu sehen bekommen,äusserst langweilig jedoch eine Goregranate der Superlative.. Aber kann mir jemand einen kurzen Hinweis geben um was für ein Film es sich bei AFTERMATH handelt ? Besten Dank.

Endlich kann ich das spanische Tape von AFTERMATH «schonen»... Auf dieser DVD findet man zwei Kurzfilme von Nacho Cerdà. Zumindest einer davon ist unvergesslich/einzigartig: AFTERMATH. Die «Arthaus-Variante» von GUINEA PIG 2! Ein Nekrophilie-Film aus dem Jahre 1994, der weitaus expliziter und realistischer ist als NEKROMANTIK, LUCKER & Co. Ohne Dialoge, mit einem hervorragenden Score, tollen Gore-Effekten, einer einzigartigen («kühlen») Atmosphäre. Auch GÉNESIS ist übrigens ein recht «spezieller», sehenswerter Film. An alle Mainstreamer: Ihr werdet AFTERMATH «krank» finden - bestellt diese DVD NICHT! An alle Genrefans: BESTELLT diese DVD SOFORT!!!
