Mark Hartley setzt der fliessbandmässig produzierenden einschlägigen Filmindustrie Manilas eine Art Denkmal, das durchaus auch Abrechnung ist. Interviews mit damaligen Kultfiguren geben Aufschluss über das Filmemachen ohne Geld, ohne Skrupel, ohne Grenzen und ? sehr oft auch ? ohne Kleider.
