Taped for television, A 1987 profile of the Spanish choreographer Nacho Duato in interviews, rehearsals and performances. Includes excerpts of his first ballet, Jardi Tancat, choreographed when he was still dancing with the Nederlands Dans Theater. Based on folkloric Catalan songs and sung by Maria del Mar Bonnet, the laments of Spanish farmers waiting for rain which does not fall on their dried worked lands coupled with the dynamism of Duato's choreography will be a revelation for many.
