Quasi quattro anni dopo la pubblicazione del loro ultimo album, i Beatsteaks si presentano nuovamente sulla scena con il sesto album di studio. In esso a fianco di groove punk e rock si sperimenta in diverse direzioni: così si possono ascoltare canzoni con il ritmo da 6/8, chitarre suonate con il bottleneck e anche scoprire le influenze delle bande underground britanniche degli scorsi anni ottanta.

    Ein bisschen rumpelig, angenehm krachig, unbebügelt, roh, anders gesagt: ausgereift, was die Berliner nach der Kreativpause uns bescheren.

    Das Album hat bei mir nach dem 4-5 mal durchhören wirklich gezündet! Fix it was für ein Song!! Gebt diesem Album etwas Zeit und es wird euch beglücken!! DasGurtenfestival kann kommen. Ich freue mich auf die neuen Songs live zu hören.

    GENIAL... also mir gefällt... nur es ist eben nicht typisch Beatys find ich... es fehlt so das Steakige daran... der Beat ist da aber wie gesagt das Fleisch fehlt irgendwie... am 7. März isch übrigens Konzert in Züri...XD

    honey ist okay als single. nicht gerade oberhammer. die vorfreude aufs album ist aber natürlich gewaltig! boom - box, boom - box!
