Ed Helms and John C. Reilly lead an all-star cast including Sigourney Weaver, Isiah Whitlock Jnr. and Anne Heche, in the comedy that shows what can happen when insurance agents go wild. Shy and naïve Tim Lippe ventures to the big city of "Cedar Rapids" for an insurance convention and crosses paths with the ultimate party animal.     Spielt jetzt Ed Helms nur noch solche Rollen, in denen er zuerst der Loser ist, um am Schluss, nach einigem Alkohol- und Drogenkonsum zum wilden Draufgänger wird? Helms Schauspieltalent steht ausser Frage, aber der Film ist doch eher knapper Durchschnitt. Es hat einige witzige Momente und das wars dann auch schon.
