An angry teenager gets beat up for trying to stop his best friend from killing an innocent man. So he beats up his teacher and gets kicked out of his house. All part of an ordinary day in Billy's life. But Billy's world will fall apart when one of his friends is found dead in the street. He tries to separate himself from his old life and move on with a nice girl who exists in a functioning foster home. But grief plays heavy on his mind. Memories come to life in an instant, and are often more vivid than the present. Anger comes spontaneously, and fear is around every turn. Life begins to move forward, and memories and moments begin to move backward in his mind. When the world becomes fractured it begins to feel to small, and Billy finds himself engulfed in danger and his future in jeopardy. This is a cautionary tale about lost youth and young minds.
