    Für mich persönlich das beste The Cure Album. Düstere Songs gemischt mit schönen verträumten Popsongs. High, Friday I'm In Love, A Letter To Elise, Cut und To Wish Impossible Things sind meine Anspieltipps. Genial!

    Meiner Meinung nach das beste Cure-Album. Auf Wish demonstrieren Robert und Co ihr ganzes Können. Neben dem poppigen Friday I'm In Love, befinden sich auch düstere Songs wie Open oder mein absolutes Lieblingslied From The Edge Of The Deep Green Sea. Eine der besten Alben, die ich je gehört habe!

    Friday I'm in Love ist für alle diejenigen, die keine Ahnung von Cure haben. Sie haben dutzende, gefühlsvollere und hammermässigere Songs auf Lager...

    ich habe nie herausgefunden, weshalb alle immer von 'Friday I am in love' schwärmen. sorry, dies hat nichts mit Cure zu tun. ist absolute warenhaushintergrundmusik. der rest ist nicht so schlimm, kommt aber nicht an die alten sachen oder an bloodflowers heran.

    Apart ist einfach gigantisch.....das kann ich endlos hoeren.....und auch der ganze rest ist nicht von schlechten eltern....aber wer erwartet schon was anderes vom guten alten robert ?!

    Super Sound wie in Desintegration bei den ersten vier Songs, dann etwas wirr, die letzten vier Lieder wieder super im Stil von Pornography (allerdings nicht ganz so aggressiv). Die poppigen Stücke in der Mitte erinnern etwas an Japanese Whispers, also schwächer. Aber Songs wie "open", "apart" und das geniale "from the edge of the deep green sea" lohnen allemal. Könnte ich endlos hören.

    Gut produzierte Pop-Songs mischen sich mit dem
    altbewährten Cure-Stil und diese Kombination hats
    in sich, wirklich.
