Desert Storm drove the Iraqi army back to Baghdad, but they did not go far enough. Now the Iraqis have developed a long range missle to carry the deadly biological weapon we never found. Former Air Force fighter ace LEE MILLER (Daniel Baldwin) is urgently brought out of retirement to create a cover squad of commando fighter pilots. All talented, all rejected by the military, all hoping for a second chance, this motley crew is our last best hope. But they must learn to survive each other, before they can teach the Iraqis a thing or two about survival. An Iraqi commando raid on their camp only strenghthens their resolve and their camaraderie.
