Hmmm... Von TMBG kannte ich bisher nur den Hit von 1990, "Birdhouse In Your Soul", den ich in all den Jahren komplett vergessen hatte, bis ich ihn vor kurzem wieder entdeckt habe. Das neueste Album, "The Else" erinnert mich leicht an Cake, Weezer und die Eels... Ein leichtes, lockeres Teil mit Electronica-Anleihen, das mehrheitlich gute Laune verbreitet. Leider finde ich ausser bei "Take Out The Trash" keinen Song, der mich wirklich mitwippen lässt. Einige Stücke sind etwas fad für meinen Geschmack. Anspieltipps: "I'm Impressed", "Climbing The Walls", "The Cap'm".
