    Das ganze Artwork der neuen CD von John Mayer schreit förmlich 80er, und der tolle Opening Track klingt auch absolut danach. Leider wird's danach weniger offensichtlich. John Mayer ist seinem typischen bluesigen Style weitgehend treu geblieben und liefert hauptsächlich Balladen ab, die mit der Zeit etwas monoton werden können. Etwas mehr Drive hätte dem ansonsten soliden Album ganz gut getan.
