  Testosteron-Exzesse à la "Endorphine Machine" oder "The Max" findet man auf diesem Album (leider) nicht. Gepflegter, engagierter Soul-Funk ist angesagt.
  Prince hatte viele, viele Musen in seinem Leben. Es sind die routinierten Sängerinnen Liv Warfield, Shelby J. und Elisa Fiorillo, die ihn auf dem Album geschmeidig halten.
