Dieser Film ist wirklich beeindruckend und tiefsinnig! So eine Aussage von mir ist schon etwas gewaltiges, denn ich bin, was man einen totalen Gegner von Psychologie und Psychoanalytik ist!
Aber es ist ein esthetischer, philosophischer Film, der, wenn er auch nicht in die Tiefe geht, doch sehr beeindruckend ist, auch wenn er nicht ganz das verspricht, was der Titel suggeriert - eine Anleitung zum Glücklichsein ist er nicht. Gibt jedoch einsichten, die wertvoll sind, gerade in unserer, doch sehr hektischen Lebensweise und dem allgegenwärtigen Zeitdruck.

Die Rote Couch, und Nietzsche weinte - zwei geniale Bücher von Yalom.
Dieser Film dagegen ist eine Enttäuschung. Vielschichtig und tiefgründig könnte man die beiden Bücher nennen, der Film ist es nicht.
Etwas positives hat der Streifen dennoch: Er geht nur 77 Minuten.
