Nach 11 Jahren Pause kehrte die Blues-Sämgerin 1961 ins Studio zurück und nahm diese 10 Titel mit einer All Star-Gruppe auf: Alberta Hunter, Lovie Austin p, Jimmy Archey tb, Darnell Howard cl, Pops Foster b und Jasper Taylor dr. Neben Klassikern wie St.Louis Blues oder Sweet Georgia Brown werden auch 5 Original-Titel interpretiert und die Band improvisiert im swingenden Dixieland-Stil den"C-Jam Blues" von Duke Ellington.
