The cover art for Plaguelords was created by Brazilian artist Kin Noise, known for his collaborations with Guns N' Roses, Megadeth, and other international acts. Continuing his partnership with Doomherre from their debut Bonegoat, Kin Noise created an intricate piece containing visual references to all nine songs on the album. Hidden fragments of lyric and theme run through the design, rewarding close inspection with layers of meaning.
