In each DVD, Stephanie demonstrates and guides viewers through a series of sequences which they can follow in the privacy of their own home, at their own pace
The series includes Step Level 1, targeting increased endurance and cardio-training work, Stretching, to help relax the body and make it more flexible, plus Abs and Buttocks, providing a series of sessions targeting specific problem areas of the body
